For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Remember to bring your dental insurance information. While we do not accept dental insurance plans, we will file the claim for you as a courtesy and direct your insurance company to reimburse you directly. We are out of network with all insurance plans and it is your responsibility to plan accordingly. Once your claim is filed, most insurance companies will respond to you within two to three weeks.
